The essence of this program lies in evidence-based reflective writing techniques that invites individuals and groups to engage with carefully selected writing prompts each week. These personally-tailored prompts are designed to help individuals explore, articulate, and understand their most pressing personal challenges. The journey doesn't end with writing. Each session is coupled with structured one-on-one video calls that provide participants an opportunity to discuss, interpret, and make sense of their written reflections, further enhancing self-awareness and insight and allowing them to arrive at their own possible solutions.  In Journaling the Journey, the goal is twofold: to offer a structured environment for introspection, and to use written reflection as a stepping stone for personal growth and understanding. Join us and explore the therapeutic potential of reflective writing!

We have designed an immersive four-hour workshop that will guide you through the journey of forgiveness in a safe and supportive group setting.  We explore the healing power of letting go by delving into the complex emotions surrounding forgiveness and providing practical tools for setting healthy personal boundaries. By engaging in interactive discussions, personal reflection, practical exercises and educational insights, this clinic aims to foster a deeper understanding of forgiveness - not just as an act but as a vital process for emotional well-being and personal growth. We have not yet scheduled our next forgiveness clinic, but contact us if you would like to sign up for notifications about upcoming clinics or are interested in bringing this clinic to your organization, special interest group, or event. This workshop can accommodate up to 15 people and takes approximately 4 hours to deliver.
