A Night with Chris "Knuckles" Nilan

Join us for an unforgettable evening of great food, powerful storytelling, and community connection at A Night with Chris “Knuckles” Nilan, a first-time fundraising dinner in support of The Equality Project Inc.

Taking place on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the Charlottetown Civic Centre – Trade Show Floor, this special event will feature a delicious dinner, silent auction, and an inspiring talk from former NHL player Chris Nilan.

Known for his fearless style of play during a 13-year NHL career with the Montreal Canadiens, Boston Bruins, and New York Rangers, Chris Nilan earned a reputation for toughness, loyalty, and resilience. Today, he is an ambassador for the Montreal Canadiens and a passionate advocate for mental health. Chris will share stories from his hockey career and life lessons centered on perseverance, overcoming adversity, and giving back.

Proceeds from the evening will support The Equality Project Inc., a community-based nonprofit providing advocacy, shelter, programming, and direct support initiatives for Islanders facing hardship. Funds raised will help expand and develop new community programs across Prince Edward Island.
